WISAG Gebäude- und Industrieservice Holding GmbH is a subsidiary of WISAG Industrie Service Holding GmbH, one of Germany’s largest industrial service providers. It arose from the acquisition of HiServ from ThyssenKrupp in 2004 and the merger with the Facility Management & Service and Air Technology divisions of ABB Gebäudetechnik, which was acquired in 2007. The company can look back on more than six decades of experience: HiServ has its roots in Kessler + Luch Entwicklungs- und Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, which was founded back in 1948.
WISAG Gebäude- und Industrieservice Mitteldeutschland GmbH & Co KG, based in Dresden, is one of seven regional companies of WISAG Gebäude- und Industrieservice. Their work focuses on technical building management, clean room air technology, GMP, the maintenance and operation of process engineering systems such as ultrapure water, waste water or chemical supply and disposal as well as the maintenance of production facilities. With over 200 employees, WISAG serves well over 100 customers in Central Germany from sectors such as the semiconductor industry, pharmaceuticals, high technology and electromobility. Its extensive range of services is complemented by the planning, development, installation and maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning components and systems.
WISAG’s specialists also have extensive and long-standing experience in start-up processes, attach importance to low life cycle costs for their customers’ technical systems and provide comprehensive advice on topics such as energy management, with services specifically geared towards industrial customers.
