ENERGY SYSTEMS FOR INDUSTRIAL VEHICLES

Founded in 2019, JT Energy Systems with locations in Glauchau and Freiberg develops and produces energy systems for industrial trucks with industrial applications. The company is currently building a production center for lithium-ion batteries for the intralogistics industry at its Freiberg site. In the future, lithium-ion batteries will be produced, repaired and reconditioned to the highest quality standards using modern production technologies on an area of 42,000 m².

PRODUCTS

• The charger is optimally matched to the batteries. This ensures smooth interaction between the components and outstanding performance data – modularly tailored to customer requirements
• Digital solutions enable top performance. For example, the battery management system from JT Energy Systems coordinates the energy flow of an entire vehicle fleet. It adjusts charging times to the customer’s general conditions, monitors the charging status and the charging costs incurred.
• The applications facilitate the use of the energy systems – individually tailored to the customer – from ergonomic charging handles to complex charging stations.
