inopitas GmbH deals with strategic issues relating to the energy transition and supports companies and institutions, particularly in the energy and hydrogen industries. Following the philosophy of its founders, inopitas sees itself in the context of far-reaching techno-economic trends and influencing factors and consequently as part of a complex, interdependent transformation process to which the global ecosystems as a whole, but also each individual player, are subject. In order to tackle the resulting diverse challenges and meet the heterogeneous and individual requirements, a wide range of technical and methodological expertise and experience, close cooperation, but also information and transparency are required.
For this reason, the inopitas approach consists of combining various complementary skills resulting from the individual backgrounds, experience and overall network of its founders. This combines the perspectives of external and internal management consultancy, which have been developed through a wide range of project assignments with regard to sectors, topics and customers in the energy-related environment – throughout Germany and internationally.

MORITZ ULLRICH
Moritz is an experienced project manager and consultant in the areas of energy transition with a particular focus on the hydrogen economy and mobility issues. After more than three years in an external technology and strategy consultancy, where he played a key role in shaping the “hydrogen and fuel cells” business field, he worked as an independent management consultant and advisor for one and a half years. Today, he represents inopitas GmbH as co-founder and managing director and contributes his technical and methodological experience, in particular in the field of software development. with regard to systemic-complex interrelationships and the perspective of external factors influencing companies.
MARTIN SCHUSTER
Prior to his current role and activities as co-founder and managing director of inopitas, Martin was responsible for strategic projects in the sales and grid segment at the internal management consultancies of the energy companies RWE, innogy and E.ON for over six years. His focus is on business development and transformation processes in the energy supply sector, particularly in the areas of grid infrastructure, retail and e-mobility. His in-depth knowledge of energy value chains and corresponding ecosystems in combination with internal corporate structures enables him to provide his clients with competent strategic support.
