We have been awarded the Silver Label of the European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (ESCA)
The quality label is an award for clusters that have proven the excellence of their management.
As part of the award process, Energy Saxony took part in an interview and answered a questionnaire. The detailed questions relate to all areas of cluster management and include strategic as well as organizational and financial aspects.
The result is a final benchmarking report that shows Energy Saxony in relation to other German and global energy clusters. In this way, Energy Saxony is also gaining visibility at European level as a basis for international networking. The label is also a prerequisite for participation in various funding programs.
About ESCA – The European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis
The European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (ESCA) advises managers of cluster organizations, funding agencies and political decision-makers on the further development of clusters through benchmarking. In recent years, ESCA experts have developed a methodology for benchmarking clusters and cluster organizations that is recognized as leading throughout Europe. ESCA experts are also involved in the development of a quality label for cluster organizations as part of the European Clusters Excellence Initiative.
