Früchteverarbeitung Sohra GmbH was founded in 2012 and is located on the Dreiseithof Sohra farm in Bobritzsch-Hilbersdorf in the district of Central Saxony. The company is involved in the Circular Saxony innovation cluster and, in particular, in the “Biomass for a circular bioeconomy” working group. The company’s own plantation produces high-quality chokeberries, redcurrants, gooseberries and elderberries. Old varieties of German apples, pears, cherries and plums thrive in the meadow orchard.
PRODUCTS
The fruit is processed into high-quality organic direct juices and other organic products in our own modern production facility. Both the production of the berries and their processing are certified organic. In addition, Früchteverarbeitung Sohra offers its customers the direct processing of its own fruit into juice as an individual production (contract mashing). You can buy and taste regional specialties in our own farm store with bistro.
INNOVATIVE SERVICES
The company uses modern drone technology to promote the targeted and soil-friendly organic cultivation of berries and fruit. Juices and raw materials are tested in our own laboratory, which serves to optimize the processing procedure, improve the shelf life of the juices and products and increase the health-promoting ingredients. To this end, Früchteverarbeitung Sohra works closely with many partners.
