not only an energy transition but also a raw materials transition. This is why the European Commission has defined the decoupling of economic growth from raw material consumption as a goal in its Green Deal. In order to establish a circular economy in Saxony, the two associations Energy Saxony e.V. and Circular MTC e.V. have initiated the <strong>Circular Saxony innovation cluster<\/strong>, which is funded by the Free State of Saxony.<\/p><\/div><div><p>The aim is to design sustainable production and recycling cycles in order to tackle the resource problem and reduce transformation costs towards climate neutrality. Together with stakeholders from industry, science and politics, the circular economy is to be transferred from rhetoric to practice within the framework of topic-specific working
